Mr. Joseph Elmer "Joe" Beard, Sr., age 67 of Franklin, TN, February 22, 2010. Born in Williamson County to the late Neal and Mary Annie Lee Roberson Beard. Survived by: wife, Mrs. Willie Beard of Spring Hill, TN; sons, Joseph "Bubba" Beard, Jr., Leonard "Pee Wee" Beard and Jerry Lewis Beard all of Franklin, TN; brothers, John Carter, William Neal Beard, James Albert Beard, Raymond Beard; sisters, Estelle Spain, Janice Faye Nall & Mary Ann Tidwell; thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bro. John House officiating. Interment Cross Keys Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rufus, J.R., Dylan, Lennie & Pee Wee Beard, William "Boddy" Sullivan, Terry Chunn & George Lamb.
