Mr. Leslie Buford

BUFORD, Mr. Leslie Davis, age 87, September 25, 2012. Longtime resident of the Peytonsville Community in Williamson County where he loved to farm the land. Former gas line operator with the City of Franklin. Loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to many that knew him. Preceded in death by wife, Elizabeth Chunn Buford; daughter, Debbra Ann Buford; great grandson, Denver Green; parents, Willie Joe & Vera Crafton Buford. Survived by: Ronnie Lee (Mary) Buford & William Davis "Billy" Buford; daughter, Faye (Terry) Bennett & Connie (Rob) La Fond; brother, James Calvin "Flookie" (Lillie) Buford; sisters, Gladys Reese, Lucy Pearl Sanford & Harriett Bennett; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren & one great great grandchild; mother of his children, Nellie Jackson and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Thomas Buford and Bobby Bennett officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens.
