Mr. Manuel Rivera

RIVERA, Manuel "Manny" of Franklin, TN formerly of Framingham, Massachusetts passed away on December 23, 2011 at Alive hospice in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vita Diana Rivera. He is survived by his son, Manuel G. (Sherry) Rivera, Ashland, MA; daughter, Brenda (George) Ward, Springfield, TN; grandchildren Darryl (Shannon) Ward, Franklin, TN, Nicole (Larry) Jones, S. Glastonbury, CT, Heather (Shannon) Corbin, Springfield, TN and 9 great grandchildren. He was a former resident of Willow Springs Assisted Living in Spring Hill,TN. He served his country in the US Army during world war II and later worked at the National Broadcasting Company in New York City. At his request services will be private.
