DUNCAN, Michael Wayne, of Franklin, TN died Tuesday, September 18th, 2012. Surviving are daughters and their spouses, Alison and Eddie Jerden of Atlanta, GA and Lacy and Jason Voyles of Franklin, TN; and brothers and their spouses, Scott and Sharon Duncan, Loy and Sharon Duncan, and Roy and Vickie Duncan, all of Clarksville, TN. His grandchildren, with whom he shared many precious moments, include Ryder and Stella Volyes and Sienna and Chloe Jerden. They will miss their Papa Duncan. Admired by friends and family for his self-assurance, loyalty and sincerity, Michael was born in Clarksville in 1946. He completed 30 years of service in management for BellSouth and was an active Masonic Member of Franklin Hiram Lodge # 7. An enthusiastic traveler, Michael loved the outdoors and was always looking for another project to tackle around the house (be it in his home or a friend or family member's) Memorials may be made to the National Humane Society in Honor of Sadie. A graveside internment service will be held at 10:00 on Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Gardens of Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8 Friday evening and 9:30-10 Saturday morning at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615-794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com.
