RICHARDS, Mr. Norman Jerre, age 67 of Franklin, TN, February 21, 2011. Graduate of the University of Memphis; Veteran of the U.S. Air Force; President of Armstrong Relocation, Nashville, TN; Recipient of the United Van Lines Sales Excellence Award; Past President of TN Movers Assoc.; 15 years Board of Directors at Richards and Richards; Former Brentwood Rotarian; Belmont University Trustee for 12 years; Charter Member of Oak Valley Baptist Church where he served as deacon, Sunday School Teacher & Choir Member; Good & Faithful Servant to the Lord; He was blessed with a beautiful voice and shared his message through song. Survived by wife of 50 years, Trish Richards of Franklin, TN; son, Jerre (Denise) Richards, Jr. of Nashville, TN; daughter, Angie (Mike) Gilbreath of Tampa, FL; brothers, Dr. James (Barbara) Richards of Thomaston, GA, Ed (Jane) Richards of Houston, TX & Steve (Jane) Richards of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren, Jerre III "Tripp" & Dobbs Richards; several nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00PM Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Oak Valley Baptist Church, Ken Parker officiating. Active pallbearers: Bill Hannah, David Hughey, Larry Miller, Dick Goodwin, Tommy Keown, Ray Paley, Kevin Daniel, Jim McClary & Charles Stanford. Honorary pallbearers: Employees of Armstrong Relocation Nashville. Memorials may be made to Oak Valley Baptist Church Sunday School Bldg. Fund or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
