Preceded in death by father in law, Joe Herbert; grandparents, Paul and Lanie England & Luther and Alice Cox. Survived by: wife, Vanessa M. England; daughters, Melissa (Jason) England Ritter, Mandy (Jim) England Werlinger & Morgan (Phil Cadle) England; grandchildren, Michael Scott England Ritter, Bryson Cole Ritter, McKenzie Ritter, Haley Werlinger & Jonathan Werlinger; parents, David & Joe England, sister, Laurie Harris; nieces, Jenny & Carrie Harris & mother in law, Joan Herbert and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jason Ritter, Phil Cadle, Brian Sanders, Albert Ragsdale, Jamie Yates & Randy Yates. Honorary pallbearers will be Ryan Locke, Leon Noland, Shac Herbert & Jack Noland.
