Survived by brothers, Mike (Connie) Flatt, Pete (Joan) Flatt & Bill "Tootle" Flatt; sister, Beth (Shawn) Byrson; uncle, Bill (Pat) Denny; several nieces & nephews. Funeral Service 12:00 Noon Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Inurnment in Williamson Memorial Gardens at a later date. Active pallbearers: John Philip & Taylor Flatt, Keith Faulkner, Jim Finn, Curtis Nicholson, Rick Lane, Marty Garretson, Paul Smith, Brian Crow & Tracy Ford. Honorary Pallbearers: Dr. Richard Anderson, Dr. Ruth Lamar, Bubba Wiley & Chad Hall. Memorials may be made to the Rick Flatt Memorial Fund (contact 615-794-2289).
