ENLOW, Mr. Robert Louis, age 89 of Franklin, TN passed away October 8, 2010 just hours after his 89th birthday with his family that he loved so much by his side. Being an employee of TVA, he moved to Gallatin, TN to work on the construction of the steam plant. When his work was completed, he transferred to operations as a boilermaker and boilermaker steward. Mr. Enlow retired after 30 years of service. Mr. Enlow loved sports, especially football and golf and he had a wonderful sense of humor. He was a member of the Parkway Church of Christ in Franklin. He donated his time to the work of the church in several states. Mr. Enlow is survived by his wife of 68 years, Freda Mae Bradley Enlow; son, Stephen Robert Enlow of Old Hickory, TN; grandson, Matthew Byron Enlow of Nashville, TN; brother, Frank Enlow of Florence, AL; devoted caretaker, Lisa Reed; several nieces and nephews; special pet, Phoebe. The family would like to thank Alive Hospice for their care and devotion to Mr. Enlow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of some time to a shut-in of your choice to brighten their day. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers.
