Mr. Robert Garrett

GARRETT, Mr. Robert Saunders, age 89 of Brentwood, TN passed away at his home on December 18, 2012. Born in Chowchilla, CA to the late William & Emma Marie Johnson Saunders. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy Air Corp. serving during WWII and the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict. Robert was a member of the Resting Place Church in Nashville, TN and member of The Bridge Ministries. He was the Director of the Small Business Administration in Las Vegas, NV. Preceded in death by son, Shannon Patrick Garrett; brother, Lt. Col. William Lee Garrett and sister, Elizabeth Del Carlo. Survived by loving wife of 43 years, Gayle Simpson Garrett of Brentwood, TN; sons, Robert Howard Garrett, Scott Ryan Garrett both of Brentwood, TN and Mark Robert Garrett of Merced, CA; daughters, Dr. Judithann Marie Dunkerly-Bean of Las Vegas, NV, Kelly Adair Garrett of Las Vegan, NV & Deborah Lynn Garrett-Nelson of Atwaters, CA; sister, Nina McDowell of Merced, CA; grandchildren, Dorian, Garrison, Macy, Ryan, Owen, Camille, Shannon Patrick, Jr., Heather, Brandon & Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Connor & Caden.
