Graduate of Scarsdale High School and Yale University. Former employee of Great Lakes Carbon. Survived by wife of 46 years, Mrs. Arleen Munk of Franklin, TN; son, Rolf (Jennifer) Munk III of Mt. Pleasant, SC; daughter, Kimberly (Paul) Hartnett of Thompson's Station, TN; grandchildren, Kelsey, Lindsay, and Rosemary Hartnett; cousin, Eric Bessels of Scarsdale, NY. Services will be held in New York at a later date.
