Mrs. Barbara Campbell

CAMPBELL, Mrs. Barbara Pewitt "Honey", age 74 of Franklin, TN, December 28, 2011. Member of Fourth Avenue Church of Christ. Owner of Barbara's House of Beauty in Brentwood, TN. She was the first "First Daughter" of Brentwood, TN because her father served as the first Mayor of Brentwood. Volunteer at Williamson Medical Center where she served as President of Williamson Medical Center Volunteer Auxiliary. Preceded in death by parents, Emery & Mary Southall Pewitt and husband William Albert Campbell (funeral date was the 56th anniversary wedding date with her beloved husband). Survived by: daughters, Jeri Campbell Moore & Coreeda Campbell (Ken) Knopp; grandchildren, Jacquelyn Gore, Steven (Miranda) Knopp, Justin Moore, Laura (Jeremy) Thompson & Allison (Phillip) Barksdale and great grandchildren, Will Batson & Bryson Knopp. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Gwen Pullen officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Holt and Franklin High School Class of 1955. Special thanks to the staff at NHC Place Cool Springs Memory Care Unit and staff of Belvedere Commons.
