BYRD, Mrs. Betty Plant, age 80 of Nashville, TN, December 11, 2009. Retired from Tennessee Building Products; former member of Cheekwood and she enjoyed painting and gardening; also worked in Accounting at the old Harpeth National Bank of Franklin. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Jefferson Byrd, Jr.; parents, Marion Waggoner & Hazel Cox Plant; brothers, Tom, Jack, Bill, George, Jere & Gene Plant; sister, Catherine Morris. Survived by son, Phil (Lynn) Byrd of Nashville, TN; daughter, Pam (Dick) Santos of Hendersonville, TN; sister, Linda P. (Glen) Redman of Spring Hill, TN; grandchildren, Rachel, Thomas, Phillip, Stephanie (Toby) & Melissa; great grandchildren, Emily & Kyle. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Johnny Hall officiating. Interment, Burwood Cemetery.
