BROWN, Mrs. Cecile L., age 90, from Sugar Land Texas, formerly Franklin, Tennessee. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, her pets, and her grandchildren. Preceded by husband, Eugene Brown; parents Hattie and Dee Lovell; and two sisters. She is survived by son, Bill and daughter-in-law Schelley of Sugar Land Texas and three grandchildren, Jarrod Brown (spouse Allison) Franklin, Tennessee, Andrea St Jean, (spouse Chad) Sugar Land Texas and Rebecca Light (spouse Joshua) San Antonio Texas, as well as six great grandchildren. Private family graveside services will be held at Williamson Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Mission Lazarus @missionlazarus.org in lieu of flowers.
