Mrs. Christine Brennard

July 20, 1954 — March 21, 2012

BRENNARD, Mrs. Christine "Chris" Hunter, age 57 of Brentwood, TN, March 21, 2012. Chris was raised in Warren, OH where she rode horses competitively. After finishing high school, she graduated from Marietta College as a psychology major. For many years, she worked as a buyer of women's apparel for major department stores, where she met her husband. Chris then dedicated her life to her true love and joy - her family. She
enjoyed all things sports, especially when her kids were playing. She
also delighted in being active playing tennis, gardening, and being
outdoors with the family dogs. Chris never missed a family event and
continued hosting her annual Christmas Eve Open House, even through
the cancer therapy. Her home was centered around the reflection of
Jesus Christ through her love, service, and sacrifice for everyone
else she cared for. Preceded in death by parents, Norman & Janet Cronberger Hunter. Survived by husband, Jim Brennard; son, Josh (Dr. Megan) Brennard; daughter, Jessica (Josh) Bordas. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. Ron Doyle officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Greater Nashville affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 4009 Hillsboro Pike Suite 209, Nashville, TN 37215. Visitation will be 4-8PM Friday and one hour prior to the service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615-794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
