Mrs. Christine Watkins Maupin, age 97 of Franklin, TN, April 7, 2011. Retired press operator with Kusan Manufacturing. Member of Big Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Jesse "Jick" Maupin; parents, Billy & Lutrecia Tomlin Watkins; sons, J.B. & Gilbert Maupin; daughter, Dorothy Maupin. Survived by: sons, Jimmy (Marjorie) Maupin of Franklin, TN & Harry Maupin of Nashville, TN; brothers, John Greer Watkins & Jimmy Watkins; sister, Lucille Harper all of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Tommy (Cathy) Maupin, Pam (Joel) Simmons, David Maupin, Kim (Billy Joe) Hartley, J.B. (Cheryl) Maupin, Jr. & Tim (Becky) Maupin; twelve great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Doyle Hurst officiating. Interment Anderson Cemetery. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Big Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church.
