Mrs. Clara Maude Ray Conner, age 91, of Fairview, TN passed away November 10, 2013. She was born in Williamson County and was a homemaker. Preceded in death by parents, James Thomas and Virginia Howell Ray; husband, J. P. Conner; daughter, Louise Whited; brother, James Thomas Ray; and sisters, Sadie Elizabeth Martin and Myrtle Bell Conner. Survived by sons, Wayne (Mai) Conner of Primm Springs, TN and James Monte (Susan) Conner of Carthage, MO; brother, Joe Andy Ray of Franklin, TN; sister, Mary Williams of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Robin (Glenn) Kersting, Shane Whited, Baylon (Patsy) Conner, Scottie (Bonnie) Conner and Kelly (Jolene) Marrs; twelve great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00PM Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Taylor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Baylon Conner, Scottie Conner, Glenn Kersting, Zachary Kersting, Kenny Beard and Jimmy Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Friends at Maple Village.
