Mrs. Clara Myrtle Griggs Stinson, age 81 died Saturday, April 24, 2010 at her home in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Stinson was born in Fairview, TN to the late Richard Samuel and Lizzie Myrtle Whaddy. She was a homemaker. Survived by: husband of 61 years, Charles Jefferson Stinson; daughters, Patricia Charlene Gifford & Phyllis Myrtle Darlene (Michael) Shelton; sons, Winford Ray (Kathy) Stinson & Jimmy Dean (Rene') Stinson all of Nashville, TN; brother, Johnny Griggs; sister, Rosie Holt both of Franklin, TN; seven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Beard Cemetery on Davis Hollow Rd, Franklin, TN. Pallbearers will be Melton Holt, Howard, Irbin, John Kennedy, Lester Kennedy, Ricky Gifford & Shaun McKee.
