MASSENGILL, Mrs. Deborah Jean, age 60 of Brentwood, TN, July 15, 2012. Member of Franklin First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed going on youth mission trips. Her main hobby was antiquing; she also successfully finished two half marathons. Preceded in death by father, Charles M. Jackson, Jr. Survived by husband, Leroy P. "Buddy" Massengill; daughters, Angela (Jay) Fitzmorris, Julie (Terry) Hopkins, Jennifer (Mike) Matwijec & Kimberly M. Boggs; mother, Norma Campbell Jackson; sister, Pamela (Johnnie) Bell; grandchildren, Madeline, Abigail, Jack & Will Fitzmorris, Callie & Cooper Matwijec and Cheney Pate Boggs; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Franklin First United Methodist Church, Rev. Vona Rose Wilson. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Mike Willis, David Whybrew, Don Neuenschwander, Mike Matwijec, Terry Hopkins & Jay Fitzmorris. Memorials may be made to Franklin 1st UMC Youth Mission Fund or the Sarah Cannon Research Institute for Gastric Cancer.
