Mrs. Della Hamlin

HAMLIN, Mrs. Della Mae, age 77 of Mt. Pleasant, TN died April 4, 2013. Member of Walker Memorial Baptist Church. Retired from Walker Chevrolet. She was an avid gardener and loved to volunteer her time to help others. Preceded in death by parents, Sidney & Leola Baker Ashmore; husband, Emer Hamlin; sons, Jeffrey & Timothy Hamlin; sisters, Nora Belle Cates & Nancy Jane Ashmore; several half-brothers & half-sisters. Survived by brother, S.J. Ashmore of Lafayette, TN; sisters, Maude (William) Allen of Mt. Pleasant, TN & Martha Morgan of Birmingham, AL and several nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00PM Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Mitchell Karnes officiating. Visitation will be 1-3PM Sunday. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Richard, Mickey, Danny, Gary, Jerry and Steve Allen. Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons of Walker Baptist Church.
