COTHERN, Mrs. Dorothy Louise Johnson, age 70 left to be with Jesus on June 12, 2012. Member of First Baptist Church of Fairview. Graduate of Hillsboro High School where she was Salutatorian of her class. Worked previously with Commerce Union Bank and First American National Bank. Survived by husband of 46 years, William C. "Bill" Cothern of Fairview, TN; sons, Michael (Donna) Cothern of Joelton, TN, Walter Cothern of Smyrna, TN & David Cothern of Fairview, TN; brother, Fred (Vergie) Johnson of Whittier, CA; sister, Ann Giles of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Daniel (Melody), Lesley, Kristen, Matthew & Amber Cothern; great grandchildren, Jackson Cothern & Riley Lee and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00AM Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Drew Mangrum officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Mike, Walter, David, Daniel & Matthew Cothern, Dale Kinnard, Mike Giles & Sharon Shelton. Honorary pallbearers: Co-Ed IV Sunday School Class Members.
