Mrs. Edna Beard

BEARD, Mrs. Edna Mai Deal Roseberry, age 79, Franklin, TN. March 18, 2011. She was a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church and was a former employee of Roses 5 & 10, Frank's Department Store for 35 years, Gray Drug and Macy's, retiring after 65 years in retail sales. Preceded in death by parents, Glen and Ida Deal; husbands, W. D. Roseberry, Jr., and Clifton Beard; son, Dolphus Roseberry; sister-in-law, Charlene Deal; and brother-in-law, Horace Hughes, Jr. Survived by sister, Betty D. Hughes; brothers, Eugene (Flora) Deal, Bernice (Janie) Deal and Lester Deal, all of Franklin, TN; grandchild, Chad Roseberry; great grandchildren, Taylor and Tyler; mother of great grandchildren, Julie; and nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2PM Monday, March 21, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. Tom Herring and Rev. Leland Carden officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers Jonathan Hughes, Randall Mahan, Darrell Tyner, Chad Wiggins, Jay Hansen, Jeff Brasher and Tony Jones. Honorary pallbearers nephews, members of HUMC, Ed Rodie, Daryl Goodman, Harold Stringer, Marvin Lillard, Dr. Kenneth Dodge and Dr. Andre Churchwell.
