Elizabeth (Beth) Glascock Pflug entered the Kingdom of God on May 10, 2013 at Williamson County Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. She was born on April 5, 1965 in Florence, Alabama to Fred and Norma (Cassimus) Glascock. Beth grew up in Florence, Alabama where she graduated from Bradshaw High School in 1983. After high school she attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Beth married Steven Pflug in 1993 in Florence, Alabama. They've been happily married for 20 years in Franklin, Tennessee. In 2003, Beth gave birth to their beautiful son Ethan. Beth was a member Gracepointe Church and was a District Manager for American Eagle Outfitters. Beth was preceded in death by her father, Fred Glascock; her maternal grandparents, John and Gertrude Cassimus of Florence, Alabama; her paternal grandparents, Booker and Jessie Glascock of Tuscumbia, Alabama; and her in-laws, Calvin and Rose Mary Pflug of Metairie, Louisiana. Beth is survived by husband Steven and son, Ethan; her mother, Norma Cassimus Glascock of Florence, Alabama; her brother, Darryl (Lynda) Glascock; mother-in-law, Carolyn Pflug; her brother-in-law Greg (Julie) Pflug; her sisters-in-law Peggy (Ralph) Oldendorf and Mary Ann (Mike) McCall, her loving nieces and nephews, Taylor, Cally, Jill, Ashton, Brendon, Tyler and Spencer, and many adoring cousins and friends. The family will be greeting friends and relatives on May 13th, from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m. followed by a celebration of life service will be held at 2:00p.m officiated Reverend Stan Mitchell at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home at 3009 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, Tennessee. Burial will follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens. The family would like to say a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Sarah Cannon and Williamson Medical Center. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, 3322 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
