Mrs. Emily Vaughn

VAUGHN, Mrs. Emily Ruth Ester Beard, age 79 of Columbia, TN died July 19, 2011. Born in Williamson County to the late William & Thresia Walls Beard. She retired from Durango Boot after 22 years. Survived by husband, John Vaughn of the Mobley's Cut Community; sons, David (Bessie Davis) Beard of Columbia, TN, Danny Holt of the Mobley's Cut Community, Tonnie Beard and Johnny S. Beard of Hinesville, GA; daughter, Judy Beard of Fairview, TN; step-sons, Kevin & Eddie Vaughn; brother, Lewis Beard of Dickson, TN; Sister in-law, Etta Beard of Franklin, TN; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nephew, Curly Holt; friend, Stephanie Brown and many other friends and relatives. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00PM Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
