Mrs. Ethel Burch

Mrs. Ethel B. Sexton Burch, age 77, of Columbia, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Born in Nashville, TN to the late Harley and Agnes Swafford Sexton.
Ethel B. attended Pearl High School in Nashville, TN. She married Robert E. (Bobby) Burch of Nashville. A beloved wife of 59 years, a cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Old Lasea Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Robert E. (Little Bobby) Burch, Jr.
Survivors include her loving husband, daughters, Martina (Tony) Jones of Columbia, TN, Dennise (Allan) Pier of Stedman, NC; son, Bruce (Patti) Burch of Lewisburg, TN; brothers, Edward (Frances) Sexton of Gulfport, MS, Glenn (Rosemary) Sexton of Nashville, TN, Ronnie (Virginia) Sexton of Las Vegas, NV, David (Janet) Sexton of Summit, MS; sister, Anne (Darryl) Bearden of Okeechobee, FL; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday in the chapel, with Bobby Sampson officiating. The procession will leave Spring Hill, and travel to Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville for the interment.
