HALL, Frances Elizabeth Capps, Sept.26, 1920-Oct.8, 2013, was born in Nashville, TN. She attended Ward-Belmont in Nashville, The University of Little Rock, and the University of North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her husband, Maynard E. Hall; brother, Charles S. Capps and son in-law, Roy Griffin. She leaves three daughters, Barbara (James) Dyer, Kathryn Griffin, and Diana Domaracki, five grandchildren, John (Cathy) Griffin, Michael (Brice) Griffin and Elizabeth (Douglas) Galloway, Jackie (Mark) Busby and Rachel (James) Freund and five great-grandchildren Adrian Dyer, Robert and Victoria Galloway, Zoe, Lily, Bella and Jackson Griffin, Samantha and James Busby and Madeline Freund. Frances Hall was an organist and choir director and served churches in Little Rock, Arkansas, Decatur, Alabama, Franklin and College Grove, Tennessee. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Colonies, Magna Carta Dames, Daughters of the American Revolution, United Daughters of the Confederacy, the Arkansas Opera Theatre and volunteered at the Franklin Public Library where she helped people with genealogy, one of her many interests. The visitation, funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013, 12 noon to 2:00 PM. at Williamson Memorial Gardens, 3009 Columbia Avenue, Franklin, TN. Pallbearers will be Michael Griffin, Robert Galloway, Clark Capps, Stephen Capps, James Dyer, Adrian Dyer and John Griffin. Honorary pall bearers are Doug Galloway, Jack Duncan and James Capps.
