Mrs. Georgia Duke

March 26, 1918 — November 23, 2009

DUKE, Mrs. Georgia Linnis King, age 91 of the Leipers Fork Community passed away November 23, 2009 at her home. Born in Williamson County to the late Chadwell & Myrtle Morgan King. Preceded in death by her husband, Roy Duke; sons, Douglas & Dudley Duke; grandson, Tony Duke and granddaughter, Ruby Davis. Survived by son, Jimmy (Ruby) Duke of Pegram, TN; daughters, Mary Ann (Danny) Wise, Linda (Thelvin) Simmons and Betty Crow all of Franklin, TN; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Sister Helen Newcome officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 2-8PM Tuesday at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615-794-2289.
