SAVAGE, Mrs. Gladys Elizabeth Bolton, age 92 of Lebanon, TN, formerly of Franklin, TN died September 2, 2010 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Rutherford County, TN after a brief illness. Member of Owens Chapel Church of Christ. Farmer, cattle owner and real estate owner. Former secretary-treasurer of Tennessee Charolais Breeders Association. Preceded in death by husband, Malcolm Clay Savage; parents, Harry Brents & Bertha Florence Fred Bolton; brothers, Harry Ernest, James Howard & William Calvin Bolton; sisters, Bertha Beatrice Bolton Ward, Dorine Bolton Savage, Mildred Frances Bolton Huff & Thelma Jewell Bolton Rittenberry. Survived by: children, Rubie Allene Savage Hill, Brentwood, TN; Julia Delores Savage (Lane) Minatra, Rockvale, TN; Charles Edward Savage, Franklin, TN; brothers, Glenn Allen (Gloria) Bolton, Brentwood, TN, Donald (Betty) Bolton, San Luis Obispo, CA & Fred Arnold (Barbara) Bolton, Kailua, HI; sisters, Lura Mae Bolton (Jim) Walker, Murfreesboro, TN & Grace Lee Bolton (Carroll) Kroeger, Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Randy Aydelotte, Melissa Savage, Eddie Savage, Clay Minatra, Ann Clark, Claire Morrison & Chris Hill; nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Shane Merritt officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 5-8PM Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289.
