Mrs. Hazel McQuade

McQUADE, RN, Mrs. Hazel Lewis, age 86 of Franklin, TN, July 1, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, John Francis McQuade. Survived by: sons, John L. McQuade, James (Han) McQuade, Paul McQuade & Kieran (Shonda) McQuade; daughters, Laura (Gerry) Franco & Therese "TC" (John) Calvano; grandchildren, Matthew & Aaron Franco, Kristen McQuade & Heather King; sisters, Johnnie Mae Tschosik & Lonna Burton; several nieces and nephews; and family's service dog, Reggie. The family wishes to thank the wonderful and loving staff of Belvedere Commons as well as everyone at the office of Dr. Kenneth Dodge. We send our thanks also to Mrs. Mildred Irvin, a dear friend of Hazel, who helped her when she most needed it. Hazel was loved by many and will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 6, 2011, Ward Jones officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
