Mrs. Helen Firmender

FIRMENDER, Mrs. Helen age 86 of Franklin, TN, formerly of Elmwood Park, NJ passed away on December 4, 2011. Helen was born on August 27, 1925 in Ridgefield, PK, NJ; the daughter of Henry and Mary Dobias. Preceded in death by her husband, Edwin in 1981. A devoted mother and proud grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. She is survived by daughters Maryellen (Eric) Horwath of Nashville, TN and Sharon (Douglas) Bartke of Franklin, TN; grandchildren Kimberly Horwath, Erin, Krista & Randy Bartke; sisters Mary Veprek of Hackensack, NJ and Agnes Niesielowski of Alma, GA. A visitation will be held from 4-8PM Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at St. Philip's Catholic Church, Father Bala celebrant. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00PM Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice.
