MERWIN, Mrs. Helen Barham, age 84 of Franklin, TN, March 6, 2013. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Member of Woodmont Baptist Church. Retired receptionist at Belmont University. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph Merwin; son in-law, Ricky Cross. Survived by son, Tim (Dale) Merwin of Jackson, TN; daughter, Christie Cross of Franklin, TN; sisters, Dorothy (Jerry) Carr of Franklin, TN & Patty (Larry) Kling of Rocklin, CA; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Paige) Merwin & Jennifer (Fred) Shackleford; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Jerry Carr officiating. Entombment will follow in the Magnolia Mausoleum at Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Happy Tales Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
