Mr. Sidney Goodspeed

GOODSPEED, Mr. Sidney Doras, age 89, of Franklin, TN, formerly of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away September 16, 2011. He served in the U. S. Navy, was a Mason and was a lab technician with Exxon. Preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Lee Herring Goodspeed. Survived by daughters, Phyllis (Howard) Mixon of Barrington, NH and Marcia (Dave) Asch of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Darryl McCreary, Duane Mixon, Graeme Asch and Travis Mixon; and ten great grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be 10AM-2PM Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Resthaven Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, LA with funeral services at 2PM, George Berger and Steve Berger officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers. Interment Resthaven Cemetery.
