Mrs. Ina Harwell

HARWELL, Mrs. Ina Claudia, age 101 of College Grove, TN died on July 11, 2011. A native of Giles County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Wash Blankenship and Hassie Thurman Blankenship. Also preceding her in death were her husband of 58 years, Matthew Thomas Harwell; sister, Mary Blankenship Fogg; brothers, Cletus, Henry, John, R.H. & Thurman Blankenship; and her son in-law, Charles Briggs Smith, II. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Harwell Smith of College Grove, TN; grandchildren, Charles Briggs Smith III of Mufreesboro, TN, Claudia Smith (Jerry) Flippen of College Grove, TN & Thomas Wyatt (Teresa) Smith of Kansas City, MO; great grandchildren, Bonnie Alison (Eric) Flippen Tucker, Katherine Maeve Smith & Matthew Wyatt Smith; great great grandchild, Luke Harwell Tucker. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00AM Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rev. Justin Collett officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to College Grove United Methodist Church.
