Mrs. Joan Collier

Mrs. Joan Ruth Collier, age 84 of Franklin, TN, January 25, 2014. The first full time Executive Director of the Williamson County Board of Realtors and retired after several years of service. She also previously worked with Cross Properties. She was always inspirational to others with her full colorful life. MeMe entertained her grandchildren on several holidays and was very unpredictable. Preceded in death by husband of 56 years, Wiley Carter Collier. Survived by: sons, Wiley Carter (Ruth) Collier, Jr. & Christopher A. (Jeannie) Collier; daughter, Caryl Ann (Mike) Giles; brother, Jack A. Mochamer; grandchildren, Bo, Sara, Ryan & Erin Collier, Jessica Payne, Doug & Cole Giles; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM Friday, January 31, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Carolyn Kokenge, Dr. Ryan Mire, Linda Scheffler, J.L. Clay Center Divas & Bridge Player Buddies. Memorials may be made to J.L.
