SMITHSON, Mrs. Josephine Veach, age 70 of Lewisburg, TN and lifelong resident of the Bethesda Community. Retired from Williamson Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Dennis and Cora Mai Sears Veach; father in law, Henry "Did" Smithson, mother in law, Louise Smithson; son, Randall Smithson, son's father, Charles Smithson, sister, Sue Tomlin & brother, Robert Veach. Survived by: Gerry Dean (Katherine) Smithson, Bethesda Community & Billy Ray (Sharon) Smithson, Sparta, TN; sisters, Mrs. Willie Ruth Taylor, Bethesda Community, Mrs. Jean Ann Watkins, Harpeth Community & Mrs. Martha Frances Frost, Arrington, TN; nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and beloved pets, Lucy and Buster. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, December 30, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Bro. John House officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers, Roy Trice, Cayle Smithson, Patrick Smithson, Henry Allen Smithson, Troy Frost and John Beard.
