Preceded in death by husband of 53 years, John Thomas Vernon; brothers, Paschal, Herman, & Leslie Holt; sister, Marie Alexander. Survived by: daughters, Brenda (Bill) Wentzel & Marjorie (Richard) Vaughn; sister, Nell Hughes; brother, Robert G. (Linda) Holt; grandsons, John Keith Vaughn & Richard Kerry Vaughn; step grandson, Bill Wentzel III. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, March 1, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ed Slayton & Leslie Wyatt officiating. Interment Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers, Keith & Kerry Vaughn, Gene & Mike Holt, Jimmy Hughes, Randy Alexander & William E. Cherry.
