BANKS, Mrs. Kay A., age 61 passed away March 30, 2010 with her husband by her side in Franklin, TN. Born in New Albany, MS to James W. Anderson & Verba Lois Haynes. She graduated from Millington High School in Millington, TN. Mrs. Banks spent her life working in the Banking industry, where she loved meeting and helping people. Survived by husband of 32 years, W. Dennis Banks; son, William Grant Banks; sister, Freida Hatmaker; brother, Mike Haynes; one niece & one nephew. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00PM Saturday, April 3, 2010, Pastor Christopher Carter of The Orchard Church officiating, with visitation two hours prior to the service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615-794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
