Mrs. Lillian Savage

SAVAGE, Mrs. Lillian Porter Sheegog, age 72 of Franklin, TN, June 27, 2012. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She greatly valued her family, especially her grandchildren and other relatives. After marriage she was employed by the Fort Campbell School System and Vanderbilt Physics Dept. Prior to her grandchildren she had an enduring passion for tennis, and before becoming involved in antiques she taught in the Williamson County School System at Grassland Elementary. Her education included graduating from Columbia Central and attending Peabody College. Member of Franklin First Presbyterian Church. She was a well know and respected antique dealer. Preceded in death by parents, John & Nora Sheegog; aunt, Mary Porter Seale. Survived by husband, Don E. Savage of Franklin, TN; sons, Mark (Stephanie) Savage of Brentwood, TN & Andrew (Laura) Savage of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Will, Jack, Savannah & Sarah Kate Savage. Memorial services will be conducted 3:00PM Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Franklin First Presbyterian Church, with visitation from 2-3PM. Dr. Thomas D. Walker & Pastor C.J. Thompson officiating.
