Mrs. Linda Simmons

SIMMONS, Mrs. Linda Victoria Duke, age 62 of Franklin, TN passed away September 17, 2010. Born in Williamson County to the late Roy & Georgia Duke. She was a longtime employee of Krogers as the Deli Manager. Survived by husband, Thelvin Simmons of Franklin, TN; son, Jackson K. (Susan) Foster of LaVergne, TN; daughter, Tammy (Al) Ray of Lynnville, TN; step sons, Charles Simmons of Nolensville, TN & Allen Simmons of Eagleville, TN; brother, Jimmy (Ruby) Duke of Pegram, TN; sisters, Mary Ann (Danny) Wise & Betty Crowe all of the Leipers Fork Community; grandchildren, Katie & Cody Foster, Vickie Poteete, April & Jesse Jackson; four great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Funeral Service will be conducted 1:00PM Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ed Slayton officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Al Ray, Jesse Jackson, Russell Poteete, Sam Miller, James Duck, Allen & Charles Simmons. Memorials may be made to the Linda Simmons Memorial Fund.
