Mrs. Marietta Gunnells Thompson, age 92 of Duplex Community, April 18, 2014. Preceded in death by husband, Aden A. Thompson and son, C.W. Thompson. Survived by: daughter, Sandra (Calvin) Glenn; brother, Stanton "Buddy" (Jean) Gunnells; sister, Helen Kimberl; grandchildren, Tony (Stephanie) Glenn, Jackie (Tammy) Glenn, Susan Jaworski and Sharon (Toby) Perez; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 PM Monday, April 21, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Stewart Bachmann and John Eatherly officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers, Tony & Jackie Glenn, Toby Perez, Greg Gunnells, Bob Bowersox and Edward Harmon. Honorary pallbearers will be Members of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presyterian Church. Memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel CP Church.
