Mrs. Marion Herd

July 30, 1918 — April 29, 2010

Marion Schaad Herd, formerly of Franklin Tennessee, passed away April 29, 2010 at the age of 91. Her husband, Hal Herd, preceded her in death. She was a Home Economics Teacher at Franklin High School. She also worked as the Social Director for Harpeth Terrace Nursing Home. Survivors include her daughter, Anne Lawrence and son, Dr. Hal Herd, Jr., four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family & Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
