Mrs. Mary Ladd

Mrs. Mary Edwards Ladd, age 90 of Thompson Station, TN passed away March 2, 2014. She was a charter member of Walker Memorial Baptist Church and LPN for 44 years. Preceded in death by parents, Joe Thomas and Cora Rainey Edwards; husband of 58 years, George Curtis Ladd; twin sister, Nessie Melandia Edwards; sister Lesa Deason; and brother, Vester Edwards. Survived by daughters, Anita (Randy) York and Denise (Jimmy) Cole; grandchildren, Stacey Yancy, Kristen Cole & Austin Cole; great grandchildren, Chase Yancy and Lyla Earwood; and beloved four legged companion, Weize. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00AM Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Mitchel Karnes officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers Randy York, Jimmy Cole, James Ray Ladd, Craig Ladd, Larry Edwards and Chase Yancy. Honorary pallbearers Prime Timers of Walker Memorial, Retired Nurses, Velma Sweeney, Hester Spencer and Wilma Sullivan.
