Mrs. Mildred Thompson

Mrs. Mildred Taylor Thompson, age 85, of Franklin, TN passed away October 16, 2013. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survived by husband of 67 years, R. C. Thompson, Jr.; daughters, Cornelia (Lincoln) Benefield and Gayle (Mark) Cothran; sister, Gladys Beasley; grandchildren, Marty (Tammy) Benefield, Dawn Garren, Shane (Krystal) Cothran and Chelsey (Dean) Richards; and great grandchildren, Luci Lee Benefield, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Kirsten and Lillian Garren, and Alauna Myers. Funeral service will be conducted at 11AM Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Buddy Pope and Stewart Bachmann officiating. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marty Benefield, Shane Cothran, Dean Richards, Michael Hamm, Bubba Ham, Butch Beasley and Billy Beasley. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete & Bubba Crutcher and Members of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
