DEVINE, Mrs. Nancy Jasper, age 65 of Franklin, Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Vanderbilt Hospital. Born in Science Hill, KY to the late Roy A. and Katharyn Anderson Jasper. She was a wonderful wife and loving mother. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a school teacher in Puerto Rico, Texas and Washington DC. A frequent volunteer at Red Cross and the Republican Headquarters. As a 30 year army wife, she traveled the world over. She was a member of the Fourth Avenue Church of Christ. Survived by: husband of 44 years, Col. Michael Devine; sons, Sean Darcy and Quinn Michael Devine; brother, Ronald W. and Nancy Jasper; nieces & nephews, Bess Susan Latham, Bryan Anderson Jasper; father in law, Raymond B. Devine; brother & sister in law, John and Charlotte Nichols and nephews Travis, Jarrod, and Brandon Nichols. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Dr. Albert Lemmons officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers, Bryan Jasper, Quinn & Sean Devine, Travis & Brandon Nichols & Chris Latham.
