JUSTICE, Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Smith, age 59 of Franklin, TN, December 31, 2012. Formerly of Mobile, AL. 1971 Valedictorian Murphy High School, Choir member with Dauphin Way Baptist Church & 1975 BS Degree from South Alabama University. Moved to Nashville and in 1975 was Choir member with Park Ave. Baptist Church, 1977 received her Masters in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and worked until 1985 with Bell South as Traffic Engineer. In 1983 married Dr. Paul Andrew Justice, Jr. In 1988 Choir member with First Baptist Church of Franklin "The People's Church" where she was involved in Children's Music Ministry. She went three times on short term mission trips to Mexico with World Servants. In 2007 Choir member with West Franklin Baptist Church. Survived by: husband, Paul Andrew "Andy" Justice, Jr., M.D.; sons, Paul Andrew Justice III & David Alan Justice; daughter, Emily Beth Justice; parents, Harry "Davis" & Lois Holmes Smith; brothers, "Harry" Davis Smith, Jr. & Michael Holmes "Mike" Smith, her twin brother. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, January 5, 2013 at The People's Church Sanctuary, Doug Plumlee & Rick White officiating. Visitation will be 4-8PM Friday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & one hour prior to service at the church on Saturday. Interment will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Montgomery Hills Baptist Church in Tensaw, AL. Active pallbearers will be Johnnie McGuire, Joby & Jeffrey Smith, Kenneth Underwood, Jimmy & Harold Holmes. Honorary pallbearers will be Harry & Mike Smith & Sid Bowman.
