Mrs. Sara Maxwell

Mrs. Sara E. Tomlin Maxwell, age 95, of Franklin, TN passed away April 17, 2016. She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church and daughter of the late Johnny and Cleo Stevens Tomlin. Preceded in death by her husband, John E. Maxwell, Sr.; son, John Edward Maxwell, Jr.; son-in-law, John Lytton; two brothers; and three sisters. Survived by son, Harold (Sharon) Maxwell; daughter, Jo Ann Lytton; daughter-in-law, Jane Maxwell; grandchildren, Theresa (Butch) Tidwell, Tim Maxwell, Terry (Julie) Maxwell, Sally (Ted) Gatlin and John Lytton; eight great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial Williamson Memorial Gardens. Grandsons will service as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church.
