WOLF, Mrs. Shelley Ann Rapp, age 49 of Brentwood, TN. Passed from this life Friday, October 26, 2012 at her home in Brentwood after a lengthy illness. She was a registered nurse and a member of Brentwood Baptist Church. Preceded in death by mother in-law, Donna Wolf. Survived by husband, Jack Wolf; daughters, Tory, Taylor, Tara, and Tate Wolf; parents, Mel and Carol Linde Rapp; sister, Lynn White. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Brentwood Baptist Church, Aaron Bryant officiating.
