NEIDHARDT, Mrs. Thelma Joyce Hosmer, age 70 of Franklin, TN formerly of Huntsville, AL & Blacksburg, VA. Preceded in death by husband, John W. Neidhardt. Survived by: son, Paul E. (Maggie) Neidhardt; daughters, Anna N. (Steve) Partridge & Lisa N. (Gene) Wright; brother, John Hosmer; grandchildren, Lauren Tubb, Lyndsey & Tyler Neidhardt, Logan & Alyssa Partidge; great grandchild, Sean Tubb. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday, February 22, 2013 at Westview Cemetery, Town of Blacksburg, VA. WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289 and HORNE FUNERAL HOME, 540 382-2612.
