STEAKLEY, Mrs. Thressa Evelyn, age 89 of Franklin, TN, May 12, 2011. Member of Walker Memorial Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Elwood Steakley. Survived by daughter, Sherry (Ron) King of Franklin, TN; brothers, Louis Jennings of Huntsville, AL & Bill Jennings of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Hazel Manley & Lois Upton both of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Ron (Suzanne) King, Kim (Craig) Davis, Lance Taylor & Michael Steakley; great grandchildren, Abby & Alli King & Jade Floyd; nephew, Glenn Steakley; and several other loving nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00PM Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Mitchell Karnes officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jerry Marshall, Pat Petty, Ron King, Craig Davis, David Jackson & Larry Darnell. Memorials may be made to Grace Christian Academy, 3279 Southall Rd. Franklin, TN 37064.
