Mrs. Yvonne Watkins

WATKINS, Mrs. Yvonne Ann Spedale, age 72, born January 11, 1940 and passed away at her home July 7, 2012. Long time resident of Williamson County, Co-Owner and operator of Watkins Decorating. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and caregiver. Preceded in death by son, John Greer "Tarzan" Watkins, Jr; grandson, Jonathan "Dustin" Watkins and many other loving family members. Survived by husband, John Greer Watkins; daughters, Shari Ann (Alvin) Watkins-Chestnut and Patti Sue Watkins; brothers, Charles "Doodle" Spedale, Ralph (Lorita) Spedale, Roland (Faye) Spedale and Gary (Wendy) Spedale; sisters, Mary Sheldon, Barbara (Charles) Peavy and Margaret (Jimmy) Poirrier; grandsons, Colton Greer (Kristin) Gambill, currently serving in Afghanistan in the US Army and John Dylan Jervis; great grandson, Carson Greer Gambill. Mass of the Resurrection will be 10:30AM Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at St. Philip Catholic Church, Father Bala, Celebrant with visitation at the Church from 9-10:30AM. Visitation on Monday from 3-8:00PM at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment, Poteete Cemetery. Family and friends to serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers, Willowbrook Hospice, Able Nursing- Lisa Dotson, Dr. Terri Jerkins, Earline Schuett, Linda Holt Moore, YMCA friends, Sadia Foland, Christine Robinson, Regina Watkins and Judy Veach. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Willowbrook Hospice.
