MANGRUM, Mr. Tandy Dan, age 72 of Spring Hill, TN, October 14, 2013. Born in Williamson County to the late Roy and Roberta Mangrum. As a young man he received his Eagle Scout Honor and was a Boy Scout Leader. Tandy was a mail handler for USPS until retiring in the late 80's, at which time he started working with Goodwill Industries to train the Handicapable at on the job skills. He was an avid fisherman, collector of ALL things (especially anything UT), loved to dance, play with his great grandbabies, and tell a good tale. He was a member of Franklin Community Church of Faith Nazarene Church. Survived by: wife, Louise Mangrum of Spring Hill, TN; daughter, Heather Dawn (Jeff) Thigpen of Lebanon, TN; brothers, Kenneth (Polly) Mangrum & Nelson (Phyllis) Mangrum all of the Bethesda Community; sister, Shelia Ann (Tom) Wilson of Plattsburg, NY; grandchildren, Tammy Phillips , Arielle Rudolph, Jonathan Tandy Rudolph, & Jacob Thigpen; great grandchildren, Jacob, Isabella, Roman & Arianna. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Ronnie Johnson officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers, David Malin, Clayton Malin, Jonathan Tandy Rudolph, Aaron Malin, Ken Mangrum, Seth Mangrum, Chris Munoz, Shawn Rudolph & Mark Anderson. Honorary pallbearers, Larry Eley, Oscar White, Horace Dunnivant, Jack Pratt, Jimmy Arnold, Franklin High School Class of 1960 and members of Franklin Community Church of Faith Nazarene Church.
